Gas Pressure Regulators

For over forty years we have been designing and marketing pressure reducers for gases, designed and manufactured in Italy to guarantee high performance, reliability and safety. Useful for regulating the pressure of a gas between the cylinder and the destination container, ODL pressure reducers have been designed for both domestic use and commercial and industrial use.

Easy to install, ODL pressure regulators offer an intuitive design and clear instructions. Our pressure reducers for nitrogen and for CO2 are particularly appreciated in the field of sparkling water dispensing and other carbonated beverage dispensing.

The ODL range includes five families of gas reducers, offering all flow rate and size solutions, as well as a wide choice of configurations to meet all market needs in terms of pressure management and connections.

Filter

Present on each of the pressure reducers for gases, it filters up to 40µm. In the higher-range reducers, a double filter is present: one at the inlet of the high-pressure line and one before the high-pressure valve

Integrated safety

All ODL reducers have one or two safety valves integrated into the body and calibrated in line. ODL reducers are designed to withstand overpressures even ten times higher than the operating pressures, both with regard to the low-pressure chamber and the high-pressure chamber

Materials

All internal components subject to wear are made only with metal parts and without the use of plastic. The high-pressure seals are all made of PTFE to offer maximum resistance to temperatures and wear

The highest-performance range of ODL pressure reducers, ideal for high-flow requirements with standard G1/4” fittings. This product is designed to guarantee high performance and is equipped with a specific diaphragm reinforcement system. On this line ODL offers a total industrial warranty of four years.

The range of Made in Italy pressure reducers best known by professionals. Compact and efficient, with standard G1/4” fittings, ideal for medium to large dispensing systems, it is equipped with an overpressure discharge system. On this line ODL offers a total industrial warranty of four years.

ODL’s most compact family of professional pressure reducers, perfect for small dispensing systems. Nickel-plated brass design with standard G1/8” fittings for maximum reliability.

They allow two or more cylinders to be connected in parallel for automatic cylinder changeover, also offering the possibility of remote monitoring. They are available both in the SG product line version and in the SC version.

For which cylinders are ODL reducers available?

Our range offers configurations for every type of use of carbon dioxide, nitrogen and mixed gas. We provide our customers with different thread solutions for the connection, in order to meet the needs of different markets.

How often should the reducer be overhauled?

We recommend that, at every cylinder change, you always check the tightness of the connection and replace the sealing component if necessary.
After four years of use, it is important to replace all sealing components, while after seven years a complete overhaul of the reducer is required, as indicated in our instructions. However, depending on the type of use of the reducer, the timeframes may also vary significantly.

What warranty does ODL offer on its reducers?

In addition to the standard warranty required by law, we offer an extended warranty on SG and SC models. It is our way of rewarding you with the safety and long-lasting reliability of our products, the result of over forty years of experience.
