We design mixing taps for soft drink dispensing with efficient solutions, able to guarantee correct and constant regulation in beverage dispensing.
Three different flow regulation systems are available, from the simple adjustment screw to the compensator, up to the Flow Control system, through which it is possible to maintain a constant flow rate as the inlet pressure varies.
Post-Mix taps are designed specifically for the mixing of syrup and sparkling water, guaranteeing precise and uniform beverage dispensing. The tap body is made by mechanical machining in PMMA or PETP, materials chosen for its hygienic, mechanical and chemical resistance properties.

Pre-Mix taps are designed for the regular and uniform dispensing of already mixed beverages. The tap body is available in PMMA or PETP, both compatible with food use, or molded POMC, all highly resistant materials, safe for food use and suitable for contact with carbonated or sugary liquids.

ODL PX and PM taps have bodies in PMMA (plexiglass) and PETP (Arnite), made by chip removal machining to offer customizations and modifications even on small batches, or in molded POM C. PX1 and PX2 taps have all parts in contact with the food fluid made of steel.
ODL PX and PM taps are available with 220/230V 50Hz, 24VDC and 24V 50Hz coils;
PX1 single-control taps are fitted with one 24VDC 35W ED100% solenoid valve;
PX2 double-control taps are fitted with two 24VDC solenoid valves which, if powered simultaneously, absorb 61W with ED100%.
ODL PM 600 offers the possibility of using 6 syrups.
