Many solutions for perfect flow management

We manufacture compensators and mixers of our own design to support flow rate management in hydraulic circuits, mainly in beverage distribution systems.
Our hydraulic compensators regulate the flow rate through a manually adjustable restriction, slowing down the flow up to the desired value. We are able to create extremely precise mixing systems, capable of balancing different incoming liquids to obtain homogeneous and controlled mixtures.
Both compensators and mixers can be easily integrated into all circuits thanks to suitable fittings and fixing systems.

Compensators

ODL compensators are designed to regulate the flow of water, both sparkling and still. The internal geometry is designed to reduce turbulence and minimize the dissipation of carbon dioxide dissolved in the liquid, in order to maintain the best carbonation level up to the glass.

Mixers

By combining two compensators, a mixing valve is obtained which simultaneously regulates and mixes two water flow rates. An ODL mixing valve allows the carbonation level to be adjusted according to preference by acting on the combination of the two incoming flows. With the same method, it is also possible to act on the temperature of the dispensed water.

In the absence of electronic systems capable of controlling the flow rate of the dispensed beverage, a compensator can be used before the outlet tap. We offer a complete range of compensators for flow regulation through a calibrated restriction, manually adjustable to obtain the desired flow rate. With ODL compensators, you will always have a regular dispensing flow with optimal carbonation.

We have designed a highly efficient and easy-to-apply mixing valve, also suitable for existing systems. The ODL mixing valve allows the carbonation level of a fluid stream to be reduced by mixing it with a portion of still water. Both inlet branches can be manually adjusted in order to reach the desired carbonation level.

Within the range offered by ODL, you can find the most commonly used versions on the market with diameters of 6 [mm] and 8 [mm].
