Our boilers are available both fully welded and in a flanged version, so that they can be inspected during maintenance, an important feature when there is a significant presence of limescale in the water.
We offer both boilers ready to be assembled with other components, and already tested units complete with all accessories, including insulation, probes, solenoid valves, wiring and fittings, for simpler and faster installation.
The family of hot water boilers, in particular pressurized boilers, is designed for professional espresso and superautomatic coffee machines. Together with boilers for vending machines, they have a structure entirely made of AISI 316 stainless steel and UL-certified heating elements, ensuring durability and safety.

ODL’s range includes stainless steel solutions in different volumes for multiple applications in the food sector and beyond. The most requested models are those for boilers with diameter Ø76 [mm] (with a standard capacity of 0.4 L) and Ø88.9 [mm] (with a standard capacity of 0.7 L), but models with larger standards are also available and can be customized.
The voltages most commonly used in ODL products are 110/120V (50/60Hz) and 230V (50Hz). The power ratings range from 600W to 2300W.
Boilers are usually not subjected to sanitization procedures but are treated with a descaling process. For frequent maintenance, in cases of particularly hard water, the adoption of ODL inspectable boilers is recommended.
