  • pressure inside the carbonator
  • temperature inside the carbonator and in the glass

  • carbonators of different capacities, from half a liter up to large volumes for use in large communities
  • availability to develop customized solutions, also for the storage of still water through the development of a carbonator with a double chamber or coil system

5. To assess the reliability of new geometries, whether in plastic or metal, before producing molds or pre-series we test the approved design, with the preliminary use of FEM simulations, and through rapid prototyping systems

6. We use CFD simulations and laboratory tests for a preventive evaluation of the internal geometry of the CO2 carbonator, such as, for example, size, number and position of the nozzle or nozzles, level probes and soda outlet, all with the aim of maximizing the efficiency of our product

7. We guarantee rapid prototyping through dedicated tooling, operating with CAD CAM tools, and a 3D printer for the creation of any new project or to carry out laboratory studies

5. Per valutare l’affidabilità di nuove geometrie in plastica o metallo che siano, prima di realizzare stampi o preserie testiamo il design, deliberato con l’utilizzo preliminare di simulazioni FEM, tramite sistemi di prototipazione rapida

6. Utilizziamo simulazioni CFD e test di laboratorio per una valutazione preventiva della geometria interna del gasatore CO2 come, ad esempio, dimensione numero e posizione del o degli ugelli, delle sonde di livello e dell’uscita soda, il tutto per massimizzare l’efficienza del nostro prodotto

7. Garantiamo una prototipazione rapida attraverso attrezzeria dedicata che opera con strumenti CAD CAM e una stampante 3D per la realizzazione di qualsiasi nuovo progetto o per eseguire gli studi di laboratorio
