ODL has a long experience in the design of mixing valves for soft drinks, combining advanced expertise in precision mechanical machining, fluid dynamics, integration of solenoid valves, electronic beverage dispensing systems.

For a quality dispensing

We offer compact and highly reliable beverage dispensing systems. These technologies, already established in the beverage sector, are also ideal for new applications requiring controlled mixing from two to more than twenty flavors.

Our mixers and dispensers are appreciated for:

  • solutions for vending machine water dispensing
  • solutions for vending machine soft drink dispensing
  • solutions for draft beverage dispensing

We can design tailor-made high-performance solutions and electronic systems with controlled dispensing technologies able to always guarantee the correct mixing ratio, up to values of 40:1, for dispensing with quality that is always constant and compliant with the standard.

ODL’s consultancy

We support our customers in the integration of post-mix products into the machines they design, optimizing the performance level of the entire system.
We are able to design customized post-mix products and electronic taps for beverage dispensing also for projects outside the standard.

Why ODL mixers and dispensers

1. We develop a complete characterization of liquid distribution systems, whether prototypal or already existing, for the optimization of their performance

2. We are equipped with organized in-house laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art tools
for design fine-tuning and integrated solutions for liquid dispensing

3. We offer a wide range of products for every need:

  • from 1 to 6 syrup lines
  • adjustment of sparkling water and syrup
  • different voltage and power values of the coils

4. We work with FEM simulations to typically evaluate the geometries of post-mix valve bodies

5. We use CFD simulations to optimize the shape of the circuits in order to minimize pressure losses

6. We guarantee rapid prototyping through dedicated tooling, operating with CAD CAM tools, and a 3D printer for the creation of any new project or to carry out laboratory studies
