Plug-and-play complete systems

Our extensive experience in the world of coffee and vending has led us to develop a wide range of boilers and complete systems for the production and management of hot water, often designed in close collaboration with our customers.
Our approach is not limited to the simple application of our standards, but extends to a true co-design service, which takes into account the specific functional, dimensional and integration requirements within the beverage dispensing machine. The result is to offer the practicality of a complete and tested system ready to be integrated into your machine.

Tailor-made projects

The know-how developed in the sector of espresso and superautomatic coffee machines, and in that of vending machines, allows us to meet different applications for systems for the distribution and dispensing of hot beverages, broths or other products that require controlled hot water with customized standards.

We are able to offer you everything a single component to a complete and customized system, according to the needs of different markets and the requirements of new technological applications.

A versatile range

We manufacture stainless steel boilers, both welded and flanged, of different volumes, able to guarantee thermal reliability and durability even in continuous working conditions. According to the needs, we can supply simple versions or versions already equipped with level probes, temperature sensors, safety devices, and outlet solenoid valves for efficient and automatic dispensing management.

We study and develop complete projects including:

  • sizing of volumes and electrical power according to the required application
  • definition of the preliminary layout of inlets and outlets
  • definition and positioning of electrical safety components such as thermostats and reset devices
  • selection and positioning of the temperature probe

Why ODL bloilers

1.We design complete subsystems that also include the pump, dispensing valves, water inlet, volumetric flow meter and electrical wiring

2. We offer a complete thermo-mechanical characterization of the system, whether prototype or already existing, for the optimization of heating element control

3. We offer a measurement service of pressure and temperature in various points of the boiler and on the coffee pod, of the temperature in the glass, and of the flow rate at the boiler inlet and/or outlet

4. We provide a wide choice of sizes and capacities, with boiler volumes from less than half a liter for very compact solutions up to 4 liters for professional applications

5. We work with FEM simulations to verify the influence on burst pressure of the positioning and sizing of bushings and fittings placed on the boiler ends

6. We use CFD simulations in different operating conditions to evaluate/predict the outlet water temperature from the boiler

7. We guarantee rapid prototyping through dedicated tooling, operating with CAD CAM tools, and a 3D printer for the creation of any new project or to carry out laboratory studies
